Easy Cooking Final Event in Greece

On the 24th of June, we had the honour to organise Easy Cooking’s closing event in Greece, in Harokopio’s University premishes!  The event was organised by Vocational Training Center Margarita, Harokopio University, EPSYME & Organisation Earth.

During the event the participants from the four organisations presented the project, the knowledge accumulated and their experiences from the last two years.

Specifically, we shared information about the two intellectual outputs: Easy Cooking’s Cook Book and Trainer’s Manual.

Harokopio presented Easy Cooking’s approach on nutrition based on the Mediterranean Diet and how this is reflected in our recipes.

Organisation Earth presented the perma-cultura approach on cultivation used in our agriculture seminars. Then Margarita’s and EPSYME’s teams presented their experience from the seminars and participation in the project.

It was a very moving event and in the end we had time to eat together recipes from the cook book, learn more about each other and plan our next activities for the continuation of Easy Cooking’s dream!
